1. How do I join the Crew?
Answer: Before you apply make sure you meet the criteria to join the crew by clicking HERE. If you do, click HERE to fill out an application!

2. What do "Crewbies" do?
Answer: Crewbies (aka Crew Members) are volunteers that assist the Greeter Staff with teaching new members how to play the game, supporting members by answering basic game related questions, and by hosting or partaking in the many events that take place in vMTV. They may also promote vMTV Sponsorships and other special programs.

3. What if I find a "Crewbie" acting inappropriately?
Answer: Crew members are held to the same standards as everyone else.  If you witness a Crewbie being inappropriate (cursing, harassing, abusing host rights, etc) please take a screenshot of it.  You can host this screenshot on one of many free photo-sharing sites (www.photobucket.com). Once hosted, email the URL to their Greeter.  We will never disclose where our information was coming from so please do not be afraid to report someone. You will remain anonymous.

4. What are the behavior guidelines that the Crewbies must abide by?
Answer: To see the actual behavior guidelines the Crew agree to click HERE, and the TOS by clicking HERE.  Find your legal rights and privacy information HERE. These are the standards that all members in game are required to uphold.

5. When does the Crew Store open?
Answer: You may have noticed a link to the "Crew Store" when you join the club. This store was an idea that never came to fruition. It's currently empty and houses no items. We may allow people access to promoter items there in the future - but for now, it shall remain inactive.

6. What is the current payout scale for Crew?
Answer: You can see the current list of payouts on the "Submit Information" page by clicking HERE.

1. Why won't the video page's open?
Answer: You may have a pop-up blocker that stops the window from opening.  Most pop-up blockers allow you to over-ride their decision to block by holding CTRL button while you click the link.  You may also opt to add www.thepatchcrew.com to the list of "safe sites" to allow pop up's from.  We do not have any advertising on our site, you will never get a ad-pop-up.

2. Why won't video's play for me?
Answer: The video's stream through an Adobe Flash player.  It is recommended to have the latest version of Flash installed.  If you need flash please click HERE.  Note: If you have an older version of Flash please do a complete uninstall before downloading and installing the new version.

3. I don't see the video I'm looking for, what do I do?
Answer: The video you're looking for may not be added yet.  If you have an idea for a help video please email Greeter_Nep (greeter_nep@vmtv.com) or IM him in game.  Not every video will be made seeing as they take time to create, but we will do our best.

4. My question isn't answered here...
   Answer: Please email Greeter_Nep (greeter_nep@vmtv.com)

5. Is anyone allowed to view the Crew Central section?
